Normal Maintenance Requests

Maintenance requests can be reported to the Management Office via our online maintenance reporting system called IMPAK. You may also report them to our Management Office via telephone 802-861-7778 or email (info@rieleyproperties.com). IMPAK requires both a username and password. Please let our office know if you are having difficulties logging into IMPAK or would like your username or password resent. If you need IMPAK access credentials, please contact us at info@rieleyproperties.com. Tenants providing an email address with their work request will receive an email notification when their maintenance work order has been resolved.

In Case of an Emergency Maintenance Situation

If the emergency involves fire, smoke or an immediate health risk, please leave the building immediately and call 911. If the emergency does not require 911 assistance but needs immediate attention, such as water flowing through the ceiling, please called 802-324-3814 to notify our emergency maintenance staff. Our Maintenance Staff are available for emergencies during non-business hours, on weekends and holidays.

Please remember that a plugged toilet is not an emergency.
